Executive Summary

Safety Group Technologies, Inc., the parent company of Gunlock, Incorporated was formed to manufacture and sell a new and unique type of Child Safety locking device for firearms. The product, unlike other gunlocks, prevents unauthorized firing and loading of ALL handguns and rifles. Initial research concluded that a market exists for the child safety-locking device because there are over 550 million firearms in the United States.

The Child Safety Lock has undergone research and development, completing all phases of testing and market research. The result was the issuance of a U. S. patent. Currently the company is positioned to expand its' marketing of the universal safety-locking device, with all key personnel in place. The foregoing operational business plan has been carefully designed to be overall encompassing, yet simplistic in scope for immediate implementation.
